EXPANDABLE CONSTRUCTION

The Two Storey One Bedroom Quad and Duplex Townhome Units are expandable with an addition of a Living Room, Master Bedroom, Master Bathroom.  (WHJ) World Homes Jamaica Ltd. will provide expansion drawings for a nominal fee to purchasers upon request who must conform to the building design within the subdivision.

CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY

The World Homes Jamaica units will have large windows to promote natural lighting and ventilation along with low energy consumption.
