FORESHORE ESTATE

The Foreshore Estate proposed housing community is ideally located in the City of Kingston. The site is situated on firm land and centrally located near Marcus Garvey Drive and Spanish Town Road. The land is adjacent to the Tinson Pen Airport in South-West Saint Andrew, Kingston 13 Jamaica.  The Foreshore Estate development is a gated community is located on approximately 16 acres of land and involves the construction of (230) Units consisting of One Bedroom Two Storey Quad + Duplex Townhouse Units and Two Bedroom Two Storey Quad + Duplex Townhouse Units.

EXPANDABLE CONSTRUCTION

The Two Storey One Bedroom Quad and Duplex Townhome Units are expandable with an addition of a Living Room, Master Bedroom, Master Bathroom.  (WHJ) World Homes Jamaica Ltd. will provide expansion drawings for a nominal fee to purchasers upon request who must conform to the building design within the subdivision.

CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY

The World Homes Jamaica units will have large windows to promote natural lighting and ventilation along with low energy consumption. Features include: closet space, kitchenette, a bathroom with toilet, wash basin, shower, laundry basin. The construction of these units will be done with emphasis on quality control and orderly delivery to all approved and acceptable purchasers.

FACILITIES & AMENITIES

The Main Entry will be from Spanish Town Road with an electronic remote controlled gate. The gated community will include amenities for the residents such as open recreation green spaces, basketball court, jogging/walking sidewalks, a new basic school.  Adequate shared parking spaces will be provided on the site and will consist of gravel base to ensure proper site percolation for environmentally friendly water drainage.
